Indexing Squidoo Lenses

Sorry about posting this message twice, it has a mistake.

They should get indexed fairly quick automatically. How long ago were they created?

They were created over a week ago?

I have looked for the lenses in Google and I cannot find them any where?

What I like to do is social bookmark them at some of the main sites. That seems to get them indexed and noticed in less than a day.

To get better search engine ranking, you could also do blog comments! Search for blogs on your niche/topic (google alerts is good for this) and post comments of value to the reader.

Make sure you can include website address, but do no post links in the comment itself (most blog owners don't allow this).

Listing your lenses in a forum like this is often enough to get them indexed. Getting them featured in a blog post also works well.

Another good way to get a new lens indexed is by pinging it.

Also, make use of social bookmarking sites, e.g. delicious.com

To check if your lens is indexed, use the info: operator. For example, type this in to the search box on Google:

Use RSSbot and SocialBot to submit your site.

What is the link used to ping a normal website, not a squidoo lense?

I just checked your first lens "Feminization Hypnosis" and it was cached by Google on February 20, but I don't see it in the first ten pages.

This is what I typed into the Google search box:

feminization hypnosis This lens has been created for the main purpose

There are over 12 million results returned--that's a ton of competition. However when you get to about 25 pages deep into Google you get a lot of junk. You should be able to at least get to the first few pages if you get some backlinks. YaHoo Site Explorer only shows one incoming link to your lens-but it is new so you may have more.

One thing comes to mind, and I'm just trying to help if I can, but your main text block is 533 words and has 10 affiliate links. That's a lot of links for that much text. You did vary the anchor text (good), but I wonder if Google sees that many links in only 500 words as being a bit spammy. (I know that's not your intention, but like I said--I'm trying to help because I know it can be frustrating.)

Your keyword density was between 4-5% and I shoot for about 3.2% but I think you're within the parameters of acceptability there.

Ping them and if you have bookmarking demon do a BMD run. That always works.

You can post them on social media sites, do bookmarking demon if you have the software, do blog comments which is related to the niche you are trying to run. I think that would work for you.

Here's another quickie. I checked on Google for the #1 site under your keyword phrase. It was the site of the product you are promoting. YSE shows 71 incoming links to his site. More than half of those sites are article directories. Here are a few of the domains he is getting incoming links from:

most of them already said.. to index a new page.. put its link on an already indexed page on any authoritative site like hubpage, warrior etc.

That's more than enough.. you should see the result within a week
