I need some advice from veteran site sellers
Hey Warriors,
I have a small site that provides a service, grosses $400.00 a month, (net is $160.00 with the work outsourced) and has a small list.
The site doesn't exist on SERPS as far as I know, as I direct marketed it to a group of people who I know buy this type of service. So there's no PR no traffic, no alexa score or adsense income, etc.
I've been thinking about selling the site, but not sure if it's the type of site that buyer's buy, or what type of pricepoint would be reasonable to expect to get.
Any thoughts from the war dogs of site selling would be greatly appreciated.
