Are you Focused or are you riding the Hype Train?

What i have noticed over the last 6 months or so and especially over the last few months is that the same few topics keep coming up

Ive noticed theres been a bit of a craze especially kindle stuff

Also pinterest and all this content curation, facebook, twitter often come up too

Now i have nothing against all this stuff

But what i do think is happening a lot is a lot of marketers are getting dragged along by the hype train instead of building a solid online business

Basically people are losing there focus

And focus in this IM game is very important

Using these methods just to make money will not build you a business

Your main concerns should intially to be building a stable business with a list of customers and raving fans not wasting your time trying to make a few buck on the next fly by night income method

So next time you feel yourself getting dragged along by the hype train with the next popular money making method to hit the IM scene, take 1 step back and have a think for a moment. Let the rest ride the hype train while you build a solid online business
