Submitting articles, do i need to spin title and resource box?

I'm going to submit articles from my site to some article directories, they have already been indexed on my sight.

Seeing that duplicate content isn't what people thought it was, do I still need to spin my article titles and resource box information, or can I just submit exactly as is? I would think that I don't have to change a thing before submitting, but would like to hear what the experienced have to say.

Thanks in advance

      Why is that?

They are articles from my site and I'm trying to syndicate them. They aren't spun or low quality.

I've spent the last 59 months building 412 MFA sites. Each site averages 8 cents per day...I said average, some make up to 17 cents per day, PASSIVE INCOME! This income allows me to live comfortably and buy ANY flavor Jolly Rancher or Skittles I desire. Don't give in to fear, it CAN be done!

I always like to spin the title and resource box. By spinning the resource box you can enjoy more anchor text diversity.

I spin everything, title, body, resource box and even tags. But if you don't spin it properly most of the major article directories won't accept your articles.
