What features are you looking for exactly? "Clickbank affiliate" is not a feature of a theme, it's a thing that a theme can implement in a number of ways.

Hmm, in that case perhaps you will try ElegantThemes? They offer a good value, and an option to add in a banner ad, but otherwise you'll have to implement the ads yourself.. Which is pretty standard for any Magazine style themes I can think of.. Best of luck!

Most WP themes can do what you are asking, by you putting the relevant Html in a "Text" wiget. A few of them won't do it, but the majority will, even free ones.

If you need a theme customized you can find WordPress programmers on oDesk that will do a good job for low cost.
