Programs to manage everything?
What programs are everyone using to manage all your work online, with all the social media outlets and internet marketing?
Here is my situation. I recently lost my job as an IT manager for a national screen printer when they went out of business. I was hired by one of their clients as a general manager, I am responsible for a small team, 3 websites, an affiliate site, a retail site and a blog. My job is to increase traffic and build up the affiliate site as well as increase sales with the retail site. I have some decent technical knowledge, I have quite a bit of Drupal experience.
I want to learn the correct way to do everything and use that new knowledge in internet marketing to work on my own sites.
So what programs do you use to keep track of what social media outlets you post on, so I am not overlapping on work with the other people I have posting on our accounts and I can track what we post and when we post it.
