Hey.

I just logged into my clickbank account just now to find this..

This is one of my clickbank accounts that usually
gets around 6 sales per day and now nothing for
2 days. Is anyone else seeing anything like this?

That's a pretty harsh drop off...things happen but assuming your traffic is the same (did you check?) I would make sure you haven't been hacked or otherwise compromised.

I've checked my traffic stats for this account and everything is normal and I've checked all my hoplinks and they seem fine.

I don't know much about hackers but I don't think thats the problem.

To be honest I think it must just be a problem with this account because I have a few other clickbank accounts and they are doing fine and haven't been affected, so there must be a problem with this account that I just can't figure out.

It's just strange that this account has been making sales for me for months now everyday and then 2 days with nothing. Very odd.

You probably sold too many Clickbank Blueprint courses. You've trained the competition, LOL.

Actually I'm noticing the same thing on several of my accounts. My accounts average several sales per hour, and last night they came to a complete hault for 8 hours. Which is practically impossible unless something is wrong with the system somewhere. Usually if it's on my end, my aweber opt ins will also stop. But my opt ins have been steady.

Now Clickbank has a bulletin out about disrupted analytics. But I'm positive that it was more than that. Too much of a coincidence that disrupted analytics would happen at the same time as these sales haulting.

Anyway - what can you do?

I've seen less hops with the same traffic but nothing drastic going on. That's strange.

May as well throw myself into the ring as well! Past few days have all been well over the $150.00 mark and yesterday was over $220.00. Today, I've had more traffic than any other day this week for a huge total of $9.62.

Something is most definately not right!

I have had people buy through my clickbank link for several products and I have had some sales go missing or not be credited to my account as well.... so now that I found this thread I will keep my eye on this to see if others continue to have problems with clickbank as well...

I've seen this periodically over a longer time now. I have one account on which I only promote 1 product (well, two really but one of them is not getting much sales). The one product I basically sell on this account usually sell 1-3 products a day. Then all of a sudden, without any visible changes on the products salespage or sign up page, I've had zero sales for a week. Then back to normal. Then no sales for 3 days straight, then everything back to normal for a week or so then..... I've found this very strange as the traffic has been the same from the same sources even. It's been this way since january at least.... a lot of unexplainable ups and downs.... I thought it was just me.

I don't know, but I have already given up on Clickbank. I'm so sick of seeing 0.00s after all that promotion. I didn't know if it was just me or what. I'm moving to something else.

Valerie...I know what you mean! Only problem was I just couldn't let CB take me out like that. I finally got a review site up and running (hardly promoted it at all) and sold 2 products in a week. I'm determined to tackle this Clickbank monster.

Wow, I came here to see if anyone else is having issues like this...

    $437, $362, $498, $0, $0, $0, $0

I am glad I only use clickbank as side promotions....

Like others have said, same amount of traffic, all of a sudden no sales.

Quick question to any experienced Clickbank publisher...

What would you consider to be the best method to sell on Clickbank products...

1)Through direct selling on your own blog/website where you gain the traffic from the search engines?
2)Through PPC advertising directly to the advertiser?
    3)Through Ebay classifieds?

    Cheers.

If everyone is experiencing the same problem, then it's not caused by hijackers. It is something wrong with Clickbank. I wonder if all the purchases actually went through. If they did, then CB takes it all.

my hoplinks seem to be working ok.. but just because they are tracked to the order page does not mean that they are being credited properly.

btw - i did notice the sales page on one of the products I promote has a "if your having problems with clickbank processing your order, clkick here" link, which taks them to paypal. it's subtle, so I doubt it bleeds off too much, but it's interesting.

I guess it's just time to get off my butt and make my own products to replace the ones I promote.

I do not think it's just an affiliate thing. I have had weird sales lately and on more than one occasion I'm having people contact me and tell me that they tried to pay but got the "unable to process" message. I wonder if CB is having merchant issues or their fraud scrubbing is acting up.

I'm surprised that someone hasn't done a class action suit against clickbank... If they are taking everyone's commissions over days or weeks, that this can add up to some major "change" for them. We do the work and they reap the benefits.

Since I've read multiple posts over the year about clickbank lost sales I would think that someone with a legal background would have seized on this opportunity to try to force the issue with them to clean up their act.

I know that it is hard to find another company like clickbank that is as easy to use but it just seems that they should be held accountable for these issues.

My Sales dropped off completely, most unusual, for 4 days so I opened another account changed all the links and got immediate sales to the new account for 3 days and then nothing since.

There is definately something suspicious going on.

I think it's just been a glitch in their system which has stopped the stats showing, they're now back online and look fine again.

    It is worrying though.

      Hi guys,

I just saw that thread. I had the same thing happening to me. Around spring time I was doing well and I had sales every day and all of a sudden everything dropped. Since then I see only 0's. I was really pissed off - the traffic was fine and I even increased it but nothing.

I checked my SEO - it was pretty good. Then tried different products with supposedly high conversion rate. When I saw the stats I was stunned - not a single sale out of 300!! targeted visitors for one of them, 70 for the second, 140 for the third one and 60 for the forth one. And I did a pretty good product selection.

Now I am considering of leaving clickbank.

I'm not too deeply entrenched with Clickbank, but I'm still pretty close to payout - just $15! $15 then I get paid!

Hopefully Clickbank wakes up and realizes that they need to do something about their situation. If affiliates won't promote CB products, the vendors lose money, and if the vendors lose money they'll move away from CB as well. CB crashes and burns, everyone loses.
