Hey guys and gals,

Ive been posting ads on a job listing site, And getting about 500 emails a day.

Just curious to hear what would you do with this traffic, Tryed some CB Job products, But they just dont convert .

Any suggestions?

Uncertain if they would be interested or if it goes against spam laws or TOS but try shooting them some offers to sign up (free) to data entry job or paid survey jobs

What kind of ads are you posting? Be careful you are not miss lead people into signing up and then offering something different.

I would teach them they don't need a job to make money.

Since you posted the jobs, you should be able to assess the target market. Males/females? Age groups? Other demographics? Then find a product that that demographic buys and sell it to them.

Another option: Send them another e-mail asking them to opt-in to a list for future jobs. After you get a couple thousand to opt in, contact a headhunter or someone who employees from your target demographic.

Then, tell that business you'll e-mail your list about the job opportunity and forward them any candidates for $$$.

Another option: Sell the list of e-mails to someone else.

Another option: Send replies to everyone on your list only about the jobs/topic, but include a signature to a product that the demographic normally buys.

Another option: Same as previous, except it goes to a squeeze page to grab opt-ins (now you have a legit e-mail address).
