First what is contextual link building.

Which your link to your money/main site is surrounded by relevant words about your niche.
Are they the best? I don't know many SEO gurus believe they are.

What about you? Do you they are the best kind of links compare to forum signatures, blog comments, directories submission etc?

If this is the best kind of link building,

will you pay for someone who do this kind of link building for you?
If it is how much you would like to pay?

    well technically, links that get given to you free are best. Say you create a killer tool or article or something on your site, and let a few people know. If its good enough, it will go viral,and THAT'S the best kind of linkage, because as far as the search engines are concerned, it looks completely 'normal'. Because it is normal.
