Ontowebinar? pre-recorded webinars?

I was on a webinar the other day and noticed it wasn't 'live' per se. After finding out how the IM'er did it, I saw the webinar link went to 'ontowebinar'
So I went to ontowebinar.com but the site looks like it's still under development? (shows latin placeholder text)
Has anyone else used this? and how can I sign up for it if that website is not working?
