Often when I visit landing pages and decide to leave the site by hitting the back arrow or xing out.

I often get hit with a wait message, or stay on page or leave page popup. Usually another page will pop up advertising something else.

Sorry I just don't know the proper name, but how do I get a hold of that script so I can capture exiting visitors.
