    I'm not using it right now but when I do have launches I always have a live chat feature somewhere on the website.

    I mean come on.. if I was spending money, I'd want to talk to someone first and live chat makes that easy.

  • I never tried it, but after reading your content I think I should try it because can't say exactly it will work or not..

    I have my own product so let see how it works, but the problem is I don't stay at home all the time, it is time consuming job may be I will hire somebody for this.. thanks for opening up this topic..
  • It does offer people a lot of assurance that they are dealing with a big professional company if there is a live chat option on the site. It can be difficult to maintain however if you are not constantly available to chat and hiring someone to monitor it for you can also be costly, but you can outsource it to a lot of SE Asian countries for quite cheap.

    • Golden tip, I found that installing a live chat feature increased conversions, and not many people even used it for the reason to chat.

      It was the visual element, that the 'chat' feature was there, support ready for them, regardless of whether they used it or not.

      So just including it increased conversions (I tested it).

      But make sure you are there to discuss your customers queries.
