Writing/PLR Solo Ads

I'm just starting a new site where I offer my writing services. I am going to be doing both PLR packs and unique writing and I want to jump start my list. I've heard that solo ads are one of the best ways to do that.

Any suggestions on who/where I can get good solo ads for this niche? I was also thinking it might be smart to get solo ads for the IM niche since most of them will need writing, does that make since?

Any other tips for building my list are appreciated as well. I already plan on doing a WSO hopefully next week.

      There is also a great community of PLR writers that are working together to learn the ins and outs of the plr business, some very experienced and others new to the game. thought you might want to check it out. Its called the PLR Business Training community and is run by Lisa Stoops.

      WSOs, Solo ads, Ad swaps, Guest posting, FB, WF are all good ways to get the word out about your site and build you list. Also, you should offer some type of freebie to those that subscribe to your list.

    There are some good solo ad providers. Start with the smaller packs and make sure you track who is sending clicks and when. I like goog.ly to get tracking urls, its easy and free. And when you write the ad, keep it short but informative enough to get the folks who would have an interest - at least that's my experience - all you want to do is get the visitor to click through.
