copyRIGHT law fair use
I see a lot of blogs and sites out there that use pictures movie, cartoon, and comic books. most are in some sort of reveiw form I think. for example there may be a post about the coolest x-men heros and then they would show pictures of thos characters.
what I would like to know is this legal?
Is it considered fair use?
or is there some company that handles the licensing for a bunch of them these, so that I don't have go around emailing and calling every company?
Please help I really hoping to improve my site.
