    free - you cannot loose.

    Most paid traffic is B.S. - Build your list first - Then you get traffic whenever you want.

      If you have the time and money learn everything you can about paid traffic. Easiest money I have ever seen

    I've purchased Paid Traffic which was buying traffic , but just found it's not very useful. The reason for that is : 1) The target customer is not so specific ; 2) The conversion is not as good as i expected.

    I started my traffic for free (still do) with blog and forum posting by setting up google alerts with relevant keywords. I also like to guest blog which increases my professional appearance. *Do not use keyword anchors!* use naked links or generic links like "more here" or "click here" etc. seems G does not like them any longer

    SEO is now a HUGE part of my traffic and I pay for quality backlink services. You can find some great ones for cheap if you look. My favorite is "retsub's wiki backlink service". Not mine! lol

    Anyhow, Great forum, my first day! Seems like a good place

    Both paid and free traffic is great! Like others have mentioned above its all about speeeeeed.... if you want to test something to see if it converts its going to take a lot longer with free traffic. Where as with paid - you get targeted traffic to an offer with a few clicks.

    It all depends on your budget i guess.

    Free traffic starts slow and it can take long time before you see results from it.

    Paid traffic is fast and can yield results almost instantly but, it costs money
    and you can lose a lot and earn little if you don't know what you are doing.
