Paypal is your best option. It will protect you and the buyer equally. If you word your terms and conditions properly you should be safe from buyers trying to scam the payment back.

means if i write my terms and conditions on sell page. just for an example- refunds are not allowed. and if they start dispute in paypal to get money back. then paypal will take my side??

P.S. (i am asking this not because i want to offer bad service, but just to safe myself from fraudsters)

Yes. I think you're going to automate the process then with the ipn paypal uses you can monitor the whole process.

That's for the communication between your server/application and paypal.

You can find more about it on the paypal website just search for ipn

In relation to the OP, I am also in the process of setting up my site to offer services. I will offer Paypal, but are there any other options, and ones which may be better value? I'm a content writer, so it won't be crazy sums.

I know about neteller, and I was thinking about using it in the future, but do many people use it?

It just seems crazy that Paypal almost have a monopoly, and their currency exchange rates suck...
