Anyone know how to make Opt In forms disappear?
I came across a site that had an opt in form on the top of each article as well as the sidebar. And after opting in, I noticed all the forms were gone and the content below them moved up into their place. Upon returning to the site, I noticed the forms were still gone so obviously a cookie was placed on my computer after opting in.
There was even a "thanks for subscribing message" at the top of the page which was pretty cool.
Taking this further, I noticed the home page, which is a squeeze page with opt in form, also had a cool little feature. Only new visitors would see this home page and subscribers would automatically be redirected to a content page when going to the sites home page.
Is there any WP plugins that will do this or some coders that know how to code these things? It makes for a much better user experience.
