I have a website that I don't want to run anymore. It is very basic. I got it when I was under a coaching program that I have since abandoned. I have not done much with it because I don't really understand how to run it. It is hosted under gvo for which I have paid $10 per month.

Can someone tell me what to do to unburden myself?

Why do you want to off load this iste/ so much work has gone into this, maybe all you need is more traffic.

How much traffic are you getting?

I take it from what I have seen so far, you are affiliates for all your reviews, if not you should be.

Maybe what you need is some good quality off site SEO to get that traffic in.

Let me know how much traffic you are getting

My site: Internet Marketing reviews-reviews for many IM programs and softwares

I have not updated it for a few weeks and I find that it takes too much work. I am not at that stage where I want to manage a site. Frankly it makes me panicky.

As I said, I only got it because of the coaching program I went through a few months back. So that's why I want to offload it.

Plus it has not made me any money. I guess I should abandon it but I need more experienced opinions please.

You don't want it, it doesn't make any money ... the choice is easy.
Just let it go. Delete the site and forget about it. It will free your mind for other things that may become more profitable.

I've let a lot of sites go that weren't doing what I wanted them to do, and that is ... make money.

Your site is not worth anything. There's nothing on there, just a few short reviews. Anyone could set up a site exactly like yours in about an hour. Not worth the price of the domain.

Another option, is to pick ONE product on the site. One that you like and use yourself and you can compete for. Take that page and really work the article to make it shine. Then drive traffic to that one page with some links to the other pages to keep things looking natural. This will work as your money page and the other pages just add content to look natural and keep the site from looking like a thin affiliate site.

It may be that you are trying to promote to many products on the site which prevents you from doing well with any of them. So you may want to focus on one.

If you decide you don't want it anymore, I think you could get a few bucks for it on a site where you can list it free. But if not make sure you cancel your hosting on it so you don't keep paying.
