I am in the process of building a business listening tool.
The goal is to be able to hear from blog, forums, social media platforms, reviews and the web about what someone is saying about a brand/person.
The interesting add-on feature that I was thinking of adding is a FAQ section, where you can hire someone else to handle your business's social media. That FAQ section contains information where a new hire can look over and use that to answer questions that come up in this listening tool. That will help improve consistency.
Even better, everything will be handled and manage from one single platform. All you need to do is to login to this site, login and everything will be there.
Have a new hire? Just create a new user so that they can use it too.
Any thoughts/feedback/comments will be greatly appreciated. I have always wanted to create a product and focus on building it - and this gets me excited.
