So..How much I will get if I list this website in Flippa?

Hi
I have a pregnancy related blog thats ranking on page 1 of google, for the keywords like,

1. pregnancy pain help
2. pregnancy cramping
3. pregnancy pain etc..

and for many other keywords its on 2nd, 3rd pages..Its a 7 or 8 month old domain.

If you search the exact amount of searches google is returning a low value, but on broad its returning more than 100k( which means more than 100k people searching )

Well why I rank because I have very unique content in it. Also have a decent alexa rank and an average analytics. The very great thing is I didnt bothered much about this site and I didnt done much SEO too for this. So even after the Panda and Penguin updates its ranking while many other sites went down.

Now I would like to sell this in flippa. How much I can expect or how much I need to set as the Buy It Now price??

You forgot to mention how many visitors you get and how much money it makes. These are stats that are most important when selling a site.

There are little to no searches for your keywords. I imagine you are not getting many visitors on your website, nor does it make any money. Seriously doubt you will get anything for it.

Your ranking seems to be because there's little competition for your low search volume keywords, and less to do with you having unique content.

Money talks ... everything else walks.
How much money does it make and how much traffic is it getting. Broad match is pretty useless as a measure

Being on page one for a low amount of exact searches isn't a good selling point unless the site makes money from those searches.

      Hi,

If you want to get the best value for your website you must focus on the earnings part. Because that is something that the new owner would want to have built in...isn't it? An earning site is as business in a box as it gets!

Money talks ... everything else walks
      ...so very true!

I would suggest assess the reasons why the blog has not been earning, is it because of low demand for the keywords, or is it because the keywords you are after are not buyer keywords, or may be you have simply been ignoring the website and haven't gotten around monetizing it to the full potential. Once you find the problems, fix them - get some income rolling in (trust me $10 a month looks better on flippa than "Income $0") and then list it for sale.

You may also look at adding value by building an email list from the traffic your site is receiving and highlight that as a tangible asset in your flippa listing. Tell the potential buyer that you have been able to build a list of xxxx number of people from the free traffic coming to the website and there is no reason why they cannot do the same after purchasing the website.

You already have a good start than most Flippa sellers, just need to make a few adjustments to get the best value out of the sale.

      Cheers

Everyone else has already mentioned money. Websites tend to sell for 8-18 months revenue.

However, have you thought about googling the phrases you are ranking for and looking at the ads? If someone is paying for ads they might be interested in paying for your site

    Good luck!

When you list a site on Flippa most buyers are looking for solid profits or at least some evidence of recent earnings. Buying a site with traffic but no earnings may still appeal to buyers but it is more of a risk.

Buying a site on factors other than earnings and/or traffic is highly subjective and depends on what value a buyer places on things like the domain name, backlinks, content, pagerank etc.
