How to create immediacy with a 'Sale Ending' offer?

We have our most expense press release package currently on sale for $100 off. However, it's going to be ending soon.

What is the best way to create immediacy? Currently, the pricing page on our site has "Sale Ending! Buy Now - Use Later!" in big red bold lettering.

However, something tells me this may confuse people, as if they have to buy now and use it later - when some of them will want to buy now and use it right away.

How could we phrase it? I don't want to go down the route of 'Only 5 left' or anything because it wouldn't be true and I'm not going to lie. However, we can't post an ending date as it isn't yet decided.

I have space for about 5 words - can anyone suggest something that would make people see a limited-time offer and want to buy?

I know one thing mister sensible, you are not playing around (i.e., viewers will soon suss out whether your time clock idea is Bollo... or not) & ultimately be remembered as a complete try-it-on desperate. To bring on that effective rarity state of emegency how about "Offer is Subject to New EU Law" lol

Ok this is more pathetic than a "hurry-quick-while-my-sperm-count-lasts" how about "Only 5 left before new vat laws may apply"...
...thinking with you (as embarrassed as I am)...
      or "Subject to Demand Availability"
