How much I can sell it?

I bought cashperpost.com on an auction six months back. Not doing anything with this domain.

It's a three year old domain, ranking number two for the keyword "sponsored review," and "sponsored reviews."

Sponsored review has 1000 searches per month for exact match. The site has a strong position in google. Unaffected by Google panda and penguin.

Can anyone suggest me how much I can sell it on flippa?

I am hosting this domain on free hosting by dynadot. If I plan to sell it at flippa, then I will buy the hosting.

    Is it making any money? Generally that is what most buyers will be after. Then roughly 10-12x monthly earnings if it has a stable history of earnings. As far as just the domain, probably not much unfortunately unless you find the "exact" right person who wants it..

      Where are the searches coming from? What countries?

      Is the site making any money for the current owner? Any idea on the conversion ratio?

      Are the searches unique, or are the multiple searches from a number of the same people/Ip's?
