Help - I have forgotten my password

INTERNET MARKETING

I know that this is stupid, but I am really stuck.

I have forgotten my password to get into my Cpanel of my hosting account. I do still have my password saved in Filezilla so is there anyway that I can download one of those files and change my password?

Please help - I do not know what to do?
