Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me what the add-on is called when you can search for the anchor text on a page ??

IE..

I know a page has a link on it and i cannot see it so i go to the add-on type in the anchor text and then the link is highlighted

Any ideas ?

It varies slightly depending on the browser, but, ever since Windows 95 (possibly 3.1, but I was a kid then and can't remember it), you can hit CTRL+F and type in what you're looking for and it gets highlighted on the page. No add-on needed.

If you're looking for the text of the hyperlink, try viewing the page source (this is what varies by browser), then hitting CTRL+F and trying that trick again. Still no add-on needed.

I do that fairly often in both methods mentioned...takes me 5-7 seconds to find what I'm looking for.
