How do you promote your youtube videos? Are you guys following same methods like promoting websites? Please share your strategy and secrets on getting more clicks from Youtube

The most important thing is to put good tags. This will get you some traffic from the search.

Find large Facebook pages that are similar with the videos niche and post the video there.

There are also some view services where you can buy or get free views for your video. This is good to boost your video on the search list.

Boosting your views through certain websites' use as well as including the videos on FB pages which are going viral and are relevant to your niche would be a good way to begin

From experience, as much as view counts matter, basic SEO link links works well too,
Despite the recent penguin update, links like homepage links should work well.

and views, you need unique ip views now just simply refreshing the video over and over.

I have a video that was ranking no 1 for very competitive terms but now lost ranking to video with FAR less views..( I'm talking 100 plus views only here) it was their backlinking strategy that got them up there.

But thats from my experience anyways

make a fan page on FB, then buy AD for putting a little banner on FB -- be sure the banner is attractive.

I would say you need a combination of everything: onpage and offpage SEO, backlinks, views, likes, subscribers, comments etc. Vagex.com will give you views, likes, subscribers, favorites, comments...

Combination of SEO-optimized title, description and tags will give you onpage SEO. Backlinks - offpage SEO. To use video distribution software or services just use google - there are many paid and free ones. Within youtube you can use video responses and videos from your other youtube accounts to promote the main video.

Also, you can use fiverr for any of these...

There are many factors by which a video is ranked. Likes, views, no. of comments, title, description, tags, time spent watching - these would be the 'onsite' factors, besides them there is also the number and the quality of links pointing to the video. There is no 'secret', all of these factors can be improvement vectors for your video.
