Linking to website (code)

Hi guysm

bit of a dumb ass question, but anyways. I am looking to make a link to a website which has code for me to copy and paste into my blog( wordpress) to achieve the backlink.

Where exactly do I put the code??

  • Edit a page, switch to the "HTML" view then paste the code in.

    If you want to place it in the footer/header, then you need to go to Appearance->Editor, find the footer.php or header.php and place it in the appropriate place (If you want to place it next to an existing link in your footer, press Ctrl+F and type in the existing link text to find it in the php file)..
