Need help analyzing traffic

INTERNET MARKETING

Hello. I created a NICHE site for adsense revenue purposes in APRIL 2012.

I put GOOGLE analytics on the site in order to track the progress.

MY GOOGLE stats state that i have 0 traffic, but my HOSTGATOR Control panel says im getting 100+ perday. is this all robotic spiders just scanning the web?

When did you install analytics? Analytics usually has a 1 day lag time FYI.

Either that, or you didn't properly insert the script into your website.

  Wordpress has plugins that allow you to copy and paste your tracking code in your Wordpress dashboard that installs the GA tracking code for you. Are you saying that you have no added your tracking code in your site? Because if not then that is why it isnt tracking.

If you are using Wordpress install this plugin.

Google Analytics for WordPress (seach for it under Install Plugins)
Google Analytics for WordPress Plugin

You can also tick an Advanced setting that Ignores the Administrator so it won't track you when you are logged in.
