Starting a business offline and online
So I have decided to make a bussiness that designs websites and logos. I have a name picked out and the domain registered for it. For now it's just me but hopefully I'll be able to expand. Now the only problem is registering as an llc in my state is 500$ and I dont have that much to risk right now. Can I just start working and register later once I get some clients or could I get introuble for this? Also I plan to do a lot of local work so am I going to need a tax licensee or the like? I live in dupage county Illinois cause I know the laws vary.
