Warriorforums Best niche site creator?

Can someone please tell me who creates the best niche sites that actually make money? I have seen a few people offer some services but just wanted to see who tried it and if it worked. Please leave your comments below!

    Creating a niche site and the site making money are not related. Once you buy a niche site from someone, it is entirely up to you whether or not it will make money. You need to maintain and promote the site.

      I'll speak up here. I just started offering to do niche sites as a service for others tonight after I've spent the last year building up my own sites.

      You wanna know a secret? I use ugly themes. They work better. The idea of a niche site is not to get your customer to spend hours on it; it's to get them to click something or buy something and go away.

        What do you mean by ugly themes? It's because sometimes a theme might appear ugly to you but to others, it looks great.

        Personally, for niche sites we prefer simple themes which have simple layouts with less flashy images.

          What I mean is exactly what your second sentence says. I've never had a need to put a flashy theme with tons and bells and whistles on a niche site...the whole goal for that site is for it to sit in cyberspace after I've moved it to the top of the rankings and to bring consistent money in for me. An "ugly" theme, in my definition, is plain and simple and not something I'd use for say...my personal blog. I don't mean that it'll make you punch your screen to get away from it!

          (I think I was having an off-day yesterday...I had several posts that I made that people took the wrong way that I'll end up having to go and fix today.)

      Best design definitely does NOT mean more income. Some of my most basic looking sites make more money than the really professional looking ones. You've got to be able to match the 'look' to what will most appeal to your target audience - and that isn't always the best design.

    In considering design, you can just use a wordpress blog with a good theme. Search for themes and you will find good paid and free ones.

    Hello

    There are many people who sell amazing looking niche websites on this forum - but that doesn't mean you will earn money from them - unless you put the work in.

    We get many questions every day from people who ask:

    "Which site will make the most money?"
    "How much money will I make?"
    "Which niche is the best?"

    The truth is no niche website seller can answer this question if they sell brand new sites. If they tell you that you are guaranteed to make $xxxx straight away then they are lying.

    If you plan of purchasing a niche website then you should realise that the more time and effort you put in after you purchase the more successful you will be.

    You may need to do things such as rewrite the articles and change the graphics a bit to make it more unique ( if multiple copies are sold). Then promote it via the usual methods (link building, article marketing, social media), before ou make any money at all.

    Just check out Complete Sites for Sale in WF. There are tons of people who sell niche blogs there. Pick the ones you like.

      I'd get someone to build a site around something you have researched in great detail.

      Trust me -- nobody is going to sell you a site for a hundred dollars if it's making hundreds of dollars per month.

      People aren't stupid.

      I'd choose your own niche in an area you believe will be successful. Well that's just me.

    Best niche site creator, I never hard about it.. how come some people will tell you which niche is going good and which is not..

    If somebody builds it and makes money than why they will give you the niche, and why they will tell how much he is making money..that does not make sense to me..

    If you know some people like that than do share their website address..
