Hello,

I am creating my new product wich I will release as WSo and now I am making videos with Camtasia. I want to ask how can I make my voice better quality? I am using just laptop intergrated microfone, maybe it is the problem..should I buy microfone? Or maybe there are any programs or function in camtasia? Actually voice is not very bad ,but videos may looks more proffessional if voice sound would be better quality

A good microphone will make a huge difference!

In addition, for a professional-sounding product, record the audio separately using some free audio software like Audacity.

Then, in Audacity, use the Noise Removal function to get rid of the background noise. Edit out any mistakes, unwanted sounds, or long pauses. Adjust the volume up or down, as needed. Then import the audio into Camtasia and do any fine-tuning to synchronize it with the screen images.

It helps to get a microphone that plugs in with a USB connection. The audio quality will make a big difference.

Thanks for everyone so you advice to make voice recording with another software, not with camtasia? It will not be hard to sinchronize with video?

In Camtasia, you can cut pieces out of the video and audio tracks. You can also extend the length of a video frame, or add some seconds of silence to the audio. This is how you synchronize the video and audio. It's a little work, but the results are much better than trying to record audio in Camtasia.

Of course, when you record the audio, you should try to make it match the video as much as possible, but you can always fix things that aren't quite right.

This thread helps me as well. My latest attraction is Camtasia, the headphone links are great.

I feel any spending on Camtasia related product is only an investment.

    Thanks
