Unique form of auto-blogging method

Hi warriors:

How do I do this:

Create self updating blogs using 3 different plugins in which the articles go to the articles page, the videos go to the videos page and yahoo answers go to the ''Q&A'' page using 3 different plugins>>> Please note: I DON'T WANT ALL THE 3 TYPES OF CONTENTS TO GO ON ONE SINGLE PAGE........THAT'S WHAT I WISH TO ACHIEVE:

1) First plugin that will import articles from article directories
2) Second plugin would import Q&A from Yahoo Ans.
3) Third plugin would gather relevant videos from video sharing site

    I prefer Drupal for building sites.

    With Drupal, you can use a module called FeedAPI to pull in RSS feeds from any of the sources you mentioned. You can also use a module called OpenCalais to provide relevant tagging.

    The cool thing is that once you set things up and have the RSS feeds being pulled in, then you can use the Views module to create dynamic lists (which can be sortable/searchable) to organize the content and allow users to get what they need.

    Once its all setup, it will run automatically!

    You can see a demo of my Drupal system at demo.4500percent.com - though this doesn't have FeedAPI installed. I am using FeedAPI for a few other projects and its great!

    I have it at Divine Openings Information | All About Lola Jone's Divine Openings to pull in blog feeds... in this case I created a user account with an image for each of the blog authors, and then tied that to the feed... that makes it feel like the authors are direct contributors to the site. I also created a little "badge" for them to put on their site as featured authors...for another inbound link

    Drupal can be a bit intimidating for a new user, but once you get past that its a dream to use.

    As far as I know caffeinated content will do most of it...

    you need to get some unique stuff in there if you intend to rank well, of course.

    I am quite familiar with CC and many more plugins which separately get videos, articles and YA.

      Hi Rajul,

      Unless you know a programmer who can hack the plugins/blog, I don't know a way to do this.

      Alternatively -

      You could make three blogs and then two of them will have to live in directories and one on the root - then set the home page to have maximum posts on each of them and put one plugin on each blog.

      I've done it and had the three different formats going to seperate pages, but in their own categories (on one blog), but not their own page.

      G`day Rajul,

      i`m tired so hope I am understanding your goal here, try HeadSpace2
      plugin ... then enable the "page specific plugins" option (I think you just
      leave the plugins disabled) ... then create your "article", "video" and the
      "yahoo answers" pages and enable the corresponding plugin on each page.
