Do any affiliate tools offer an 'add bonus' feature?

For many digital affiliate products, especially IM products, a lot of affiliates offer 'bonus 'packages' to people who order from their link.
"Buy 'Easy Google Slayer Theme' through my link and I'll give you my 'Niche Millionaire System' as a free bonus".
Most involve a complicated redemption method of buying the product, then emailing your purchase code, then waiting to hear back to receive the bonus.
I'm wondering if there are any affiliate programs or tools that have a feature where you can simply add a bonus download page when your affiliate link is used.
So whenever a purchase is made, if the affiliate ID has 'Bonus added', they can include a URL to their own bonus download page.
Is there any tool or method to automate this kind of 'buy with my affiliate link and get my bonus' funnel?
