Help Selling On Flippa Plz - Advice Please.

So I haven't had much success in the past selling my domains with or without a website attached.

I don't have time to build them up much but I decided to buy an affiliate site and use that for one of my domains.

It has a lot of potential for profits in it's particular niche (imo)
and it's a short and memorable domain name.
I'm also not asking a lot for it and it's been appraised around 179-300 usd.

Is there anything I can do that might help my chances of selling it for a decent price?

I'm really new to selling domains and would love some help from some experienced domain resellers.

I've listed my site on warrior forum as well here:

Yeah sites buyers are usually looking for tangibles- like traffic, past sales, search rankings and so on.

If the site really has $1000-$4850 'potential', why would you be selling it in the first place? Don't mean to sound harsh, but that's what I would be thinking as a buyer.

Going with what Trusted Copy said you need to be clear the reason for why you are selling your site or domain. If that's what you do buy sites or domains and sell them don't be afraid to state that plainly in your description of your product. In sales the less questions you leave in your buyers mind the more guaranteed the sale.

With a little bit of work and link building I don't see why it couldn't bring that in per month.
I just don't have the time right now to put into it. I have too many other sites that I'm working on and trying to learn the whole kindle thing. I've been spending more than I've been making lately and need to get rid of some sites.

I understand the argument but I'm not asking much for it either, it should be easy to flip.

You could promote your listings by doing Forum Marketing...

Just post a valuable posts around some IM forums and direct linking your signature to your Flippa's auction.

Some people say that this method is not working, but if I can tell from my experience, it really works. You will get targeted traffic and see a increase in your listing's view and bid.

Well I added a video of what the admin panel looks like, added my 1&1 Analytics info ..
I have lots of views (well more than I usually get) one watcher other than me (I bet it's someone from flippa) lol but no bids yet.. and less than an hour to go..

    What am I doing wrong?
