?... PDF freebs on opt-in lists

Please can anyone tell me if there's too much to concern myself about if I have other people's (top quality) PDF ebooks as freebs on my autoresponder list.

Needless to say, I'll have to keep their links intact and most of these ebooks/owners offer no affiliate or similar progs).

Eventually I'll write my own, but I'd like to get my list off the ground, as all else for it is ready to go.

Opinions welcome. Thanks

Ian

Check the rights you got when you acquired the eBooks. Does it say you can give it away? If yes, then you're in the clear. If not, then no. There's plenty of stuff available which can be given away.

Sorry, maybe I didn't make myself clear enough...

They're all give-aways, keeping links intact of course. What concerns me is that being in my list, could possibly have a diluting effect on my own efforts? Some are pretty big sites, with lists to match, against mine which is fairly new.

You can compile your own ebook using PLR articles
          and free graphics.
