Go to oDesk, Elance, or Freelancer. You will get plenty of writers with a cheap rate. Also there are many excellent writers who charge high. Create a job post there; you will get plenty of applicants. Hope that helps.

What do you want your articles to achieve? Do you want them to engage readers so they'll visit your page again? Do you want the articles to pre-sell a product?

Always start with the end purpose in mind because it will make a huge difference in who you hire and the quality of the articles you need.

There are a lot of good writers in the "Warriors for Hire" section. Read their reviews and some of the posts they've made on the forum.

Then place a small order to see if their writing style and tone matches your needs.

I'm a UK based ghostwriter but tend to get involved in quality bespoke material and don't market myself in places like Odesk, Elance etc because buyers want cheaper than cheap.

If you want quality material do a search for ghostwriters and freelance writers, get a price, contact the people who have offered here and you are on you way to getting the right job done at a fair price .....rather than a really bad job for peanuts.

on fiverr people write articles. but my best place for dirt cheap articles writing is odesk.com. For $10 you can get 10-20 articles of 500 words written.

Haha. Well, it's what he says in his sig. And quite frankly, he does live up to it. I've never ordered from him before (since I kinda write for a living as well...). But he's given me some pretty fantastic advice.

And the way he carries himself here. It really does show a lot.

Haha, clearly you've never been to Singapore (ripped this off Jack Sparrow). We've got some of the best damn wings here.

My favorites are Elance.com (It's free and easy to setup a job, quality prospesials too) and WarriorForum Hire section. Don't bother try Freelancers.com as the place is full of amatur writers (speaking from experience).

As many have mentioned already there are freelance writers everywhere. Depending on your project you will want to make sure you get the work done by someone with a good track record and reputation.

Also dealing with someone personally means you can avoid unnecessary fees like in places like elance.com and scriptlance.com

The Content Authority hires good writers and makes sure articles are up to standard. Rates are reasonable. I started out with them and still work there occasionally, but now I also have PCs and work for other sites that pay more.

There are tons of sites to get writers. The best is freelance sites like Odesk and Elance. If you want someone cheaper then go to fiverr. Also the Warriors for Hire is a decent source too. You can find good writers there too.

I highly recommend oDesk! However, be carful when hiring clients. Although many writers are from over seas, (and I give credit to anyone who learns English as a second language) for marketing purposes they often do not have the English grammatical knowledge to write high quality articles. HOWEVER: There are many American/UK writers who are fantastic, they charge more, but it will be worth what you pay!

I found some great writers on Textbrokers. If you have a batch of articles set up an open order. Any writer meeting the grade you select can choose to complete them . I once sent a batch of about 40 articles. Some were excellent, others were OK. I had over a dozen different writers write articles and from that I found a great writer in my niche and work with him personally now.

It's basically like a big audition without having to individually hire or interview each person. After that I move out of Textbrokers because their fees are very high. Just make sure you don't mention that in their message system they may close your account. They obviously want to keep everyone in the dark because no real details are used like in Elance or Odesk. They want to keep the huge fees coming in.
