CRM With Ability to Email Some Contacts

Dang.

Anyone using a solid CRM with the ability to, from inside the CRM, email some contacts? Like, tag them into niches, and then email just one niche?

Is this option even available or am I looking for something not available right now?

Infusionsoft has that ability and more.

You can tag people by niche on opt-in and also by
whatever actions they take in your e-mails, shopping
    cart, etc.

    It's a full CRM solution:

Small Business CRM | CRM Software for Small Businesses | Infusionsoft (no affil.)

If it's just e-mail that you want to send, then I'm sure
that you could segment your lists by niche within most
    autoresponders (like AWeber).

Infusionsoft may be over-kill, depending upon your
    requirements.

    Dedicated to mutual success,

    Thanks Shaun.

My customer (travel agency) is looking for something like Highrise or similar, where they can track all their customers (name/email/phone), but with the ability to email some contacts whenever there is something good for them.

I know some CRM's offer the option to export contacts by TAG - but what a pain... export list/import to Outlook (1980...) and email them...

zoho crm can also do what your asking for. its probably not quite as much overkill as infusionsoft.

I also recommend Infusionsoft (just started using them) but I've also used AllClients (Web Based CRM Software, Online Contact Management Online CRM) which allows you to tag and email like you mentioned.

    Thanks a bunch guys,

Just tested HighRise, and even without that email ability, we'll be using them for now. It's a neat piece of code we're and loving it.

HighRise is good indeed, but I'm mainly using
    Vtiger. Check that out too
