creating passive income online

How can I create a passive income online? What methods are there where I could learn and work hard to generate such income (or stream of incomes)? I could invest $100 to $300 a month and grow slowly and gradually, any suggestions and ideas are welcome.
Thank You

    Hello PACI,

For passive income I would recommend you to build some membership sites where people need to pay monthly fees for reading or watching the content or the videos given in your membership area. The hard thing is to choose a good topic which people interests and that you can generate ongoing content for it.

Wow, that's a big question, as Nico suggested, you could look towards membership or find a nice nice for Adsense, perhaps investigate some affiliate programs.

It's horses for courses and what is successful for some, may not be so for others.

I wish you luck with whatever you embark upon

Also consider building a list and mailing to the list regularly. $100 - $300 will rent you a good solo ad list to mail to.

Offer a free product for someone to join your list.

There is nothing like having a list of subscribers you can nurture and make offers to regularly.

I have a list of subscribers that went cold in the real estate marketing niche. Infact, I canceled my autoresponder and just have the addresses in a file on my computer. Is there anyway to open this back up and make it successful selling to them?

There are plenty of WSOs that can give you a step-by-step plan for achieving this. With $100-$300 to invest a month you have a lot of leeway. Personally, I would outsource the creation of Amazon/Adsense sites, or I would focus on building my list with low cost products (that way you know they are a relatively responsive list, because they are already buyers). List Building and Ad/Amazon money are pretty much tried and true passive income methods.

What is the best way to get started in the amazon/adsense page creation strategy?

      Hans,

Depends on your definition of passive income. I define it as being the opposite of active income where you have to be actively participate in the process of acquiring it.

Passive income is income that comes in even if you are not actively participating in the process that generates the passive income.

Passive income is not income where you do not have to do anything to keep it coming in. You need to do things from time to time to maintain it, or grow it.

If by passive income, you mean you don't have to do Anything...then I agree that it does not exist.

You need to put in or maintain value into other peoples lives that people are willing to pay for from time to time. That's the price you have to pay to keep your income from collapsing.

There are also different degrees of passive income. But that will have to make it's way into another post.

Sorry I doubt there is a real passive income possible with Online Business at all. You will still need to work hard even if you have successfull membership site or whatever else...

There is no such thing as passive income online unless you can afford to 100% outsource and let someone else project manage too. There is however invested time, which isn't the same as passive income.

For most people passive income is a fantasy because they simply do not have the budget to have a hierarchy of staff.

Real passive income is simply just putting capital to work, like buying dividend stocks etc.
