Amazon Affiliate Sites - Linking to Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com?

Has anyone found a successful way of doing this? I have a couple of review sites registered with Amazon.co.uk but I'm starting to get more traffic from the US.

I've heard there is a localizer plugin in Wordpress but it seems some people are not that happy with it. Is it a case then of having 2 different affiliate links per product review, one for the .com and one for the .co.uk?

The other obvious issue to contend with is that both Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk often sell different products.

AMZ Link Localizer (by Gaz Cooper) is a paid inexpensive plugin that directs the visitor to Amazon in the US, Canada and European countries.

You add the ASIN number from Amazon and can check the links. If product unavailable in a selected country you can add a related item for that country only. I often find I have one product for the US/Canada and one different item for all the European countries (UK/DE/FR/IT/ES). You can use it for Amazon Japan/China as well but I don't. Does take a few minutes to set up but worth it.
