Question about Paypal Email Payment...

When I pay for a service using my paypal business account,

Do the see my business name or my name when I sign up?

If I login using my secondary email address, do they see my primary paypal address or the secondary email address I used to login?

    Just checked my transactions, i think when you use business account, the seller sees your business name.

    About the email, i think it is the primary email they see but i can be wrong.

      When I pay using my business account, I got the notification

      [my real name], your transaction is complete

      And in the bottom there is this

      Paypal contact email:
      [my primary email]

    I had someone send me a PayPal receipt as proof of purchase for a bonus offer and it had my business name, not personal name.

    I hope this helps.

      I did, but it takes forever for them to answer me.

      Plus, those support guys seem to have under the average IQ.

      They usually tell me: can you please clarify

      or they just answer one question and leave the other blank.

        You can log in and go to your profile, click on business information and change the name and customer service email address and that is what your customers will see. Sellers will see your profile info (primary email, Name) Hope this helps

    Yes, the seller would see your name and your primary email address that was active on paypal at the time of the payment.
    Why are you so worried about it? If you want you could try making another paypal account too.
