Web promoting offline business. SBI! NPC 3.0

Here is my question.
I have local cleaning service company and I really need to get new custumers as a global and final target.
I have web site for this business, built on Wordpress with Thesis theme. But after couple years of learning all the ways of SEO, Social marketing optimization and other i have got completely messed up with information....
Lately i found information regarding Site Build It and Niche Profit Classroom. Both systems look intriguing and sort off too good and hardly undrstandable what are they for.
So my question is - is it good idea to use some of these services to promote my business, or did somebody do it allready and got some success??????
I am not a newby in web desighn so does it worth it to use these services to promote my business or is it at least some use of them to get succeed?????
