Best books on selling over the phone?
I'm happy to be employed once again and soon to be receiving a regular paycheck, but at the same time I'm a little nervous. Basically my job would be to cold-call potential prospects and get them to a webinar. The objective of the webinar presentation will be to get them to take a trial of the software product. Apparently once they are on the trial, the software almost sells itself.
It's been a little while since I've been involved in phone sales, and this is a much higher ticket item. I start in about a week, so I was wondering if anyone had some good advice or could recommend some good books to help boost my confidence and strategy for when I start.
