Help with Articles! Which route should I go??

Okay, so I have a PLR article pack with 6,509 PLR articles in it that cover a wide variety of topics and keywords. I've recently been rewriting them in hopes to sell them later. I have rewritten a few so far and they ended up being 92% or more unique when i ran them through copyscape. How can I monetize these newly rewritten articles? I saw on digital point forums people sell articles in packs of 10-15 for $30-50 each pack but my forum account doesn't meet the requirements to post there. Is there another way to sell these in packs of 10-15 or should I make a blog and monetize them that way or post them on hubpages etc? I don't know very much about Search Engine Optimization or keyword research so I'm not sure the blog route would work very well.

Thanks again guys,
Nate

If SEO isn't your game, you'd be better off doing the following:

    1) Build your name at Digital Point

    2) Build your name here

    3) Promote your PLR Packs here

Seriously... If your forum account doesn't meet the requirements, it's obvious that you're not contributing. So man up and start posting. Duh.

    Hello Nate

I love PLR articles - There is so much you can do with them.

Firstly, what you can do with them will depend on your budget. If you have no or little budget you can begin with making the required amount of posts and being a member of digital point for the required amount of time to be able to rewrite and sell them there.

I have been there and done that - it is a great way to earn some seed money to invest in bigger and better projects. However, I wouldn't recommend it for the long term. Also please note if you are going to resell them as unique articles - that is exactly what they have to be. They will need to be rewritten fully.

When you have sold a few and have some seed money to invest you have a few more options open to you.

Option 1 - Set up Some Niche Websites

    1. Pick a niche from your article packs and do some keyword research. - Free
    2. Register a domain name - $10 (approx)
    3. Get some web hosting at Hostgator (1c for first month and 9.99 per month after that)
    4. Set up a WordPress blog - Free
    5. Rewrite 10 of your PLR articles using your keywords from step one throughout the articles. Then post these artciles on your blog.
    6. Monetize blog with Adsense, Amazon products and Clickbank products.
    7. Promote and drive traffic. You can drive traffic in a variety of ways including:

    a) Article marketing (Search for Alexa Smith on this forum - she has some great posts on how to article market the correct way)
    b) Social Bookmarking
    c) Social networking
    d) Building backlinks - So much information on this on the forum already. But one way I love to build quality relevant backlinks is by doing guest blog posts.

    8. Rinse and Repeat - When you have your first website set up, and earning you money. Repeat with a different niche.

Option 2 - Create an Ebook and Sales Page (Not as hard as you may think)

    1. Pick a niche and register a domain name.
    2. Rewrite a a collection of your PLR artciles and compile them into an Ebook. You can use Open Office for this - Free
    3. Set up your sales page using WordPress. There are many salespage themes available both free and paid.
    4. Add a Paypal button to your salespage (free) - or set up a Clickbank account.
    5. Promote salespage using the same methods as option 1.

You can also set up an autoresponder on your salespage giving away the first chapter of your ebook for free to build a list.

Anyway, there are just two very brief ideas of what you could start doing with your PLR articles. Hopefully they will get your creative juices flowing.

I agree with Prashant_W, since you don't know much about SEO, you can try to work on your forum accounts until you will be able to use them to sell your articles. If I understood well, you need to sell them now anf get some fresh money, but you cannot ignore he forum rules, you can try to sell them on freelance sites if you wish.

On the other hand, if you have time to build a site it would be good, welshgirl2 has described it great. You can choose the niches you like most and work on them, this can bring you lot of money and you will be able to earn for longer from your articles.

Slowly Turn them into Videos. Will take some time, but they will rank better than the articles (as google can't detect the duplicate content of your articles inside your videos).

    Hi Nayyte,

There are loads of ways to monetize these articles and the previous posters have pointed out some great ideas. Don't forget about lists, mindmaps and flowcharts. Any way you can tweak these to add a unique twist to the content is a plus. However, if you are going down the path of being an expert content producer look for ways to build your authority. As mentioned, Alexa Smith on this forum is a master at building her brand as an authority in article writing. Her posts here are worth a good study. There is a common thread throughout them...she's helping people by providing sound examples and direction. Good luck!

I think writing services are more in demand, rather than selling ready articles.

So as the guys suggested above, create your own thread on forums and see how it goes from there.
