You are right, you need content.

    Who is your market?

The first thing the visitors see is obviously the most important.

You need to make sure the home page is very powerful.

Write a plan out, what it is you are focusing on, what type of content you want, do you want to use an automated email program to start building a list, etc.

This is a very good point too, lol

Obviously you need content, but you need specific direction for you content. To get that direction, you need to do keyword research, so that you know what keywords will be worth building your content around.

Do you have market samurai? If not, buy it as soon as possible. Get it here, and you can get a 54% discount (It's legitimate - I got mine here with the discount). I can't post the link here due to the insufficient post count. Just go to theleveragist.com and look for market samurai.

Use market samurai to research mass amounts of keywords in your niche (don't worry, it comes with numerous tutorial videos on how to do it). Pick out the best keywords relative to social careers and begin building content around them.

I'd say "hope this helps", but there's no need. If you follow those steps, I assure you that it would help you tremendously.

I'm no expert, but I think you should try building up an email subscriber list (offer some free information to suscribers) and eventually send affilaite offers to them through that, instead of directly linking to clickbank offers under your posts. Put your effort into looking trustworthy by writng a lot of informative articles, and maybe make a landing page instead of the blog set up you have now. It's better to build up trust with your visitors than to just send them straight to affiliate offers, in my opinion.

Also, no offense, but your photo makes you look like an apparition - it's all blurry with weird lighting. I think either a casual photo of you smiling, or else a professional photo with good lighting would be important.

As the subtitle says "just another wordpress site".

What is so unique about your blog and why would I want to read it? Especially considering I can go to somewhere like Mashable.

Answer this and you got bank buddy.

    Good luck!

In your control panel, click on Settings (on the left) then General to get rid of "Just another WP Site."

People skim websites - you only have a few seconds to get their attention or they will click the back arrow button and move on to the next site.

I would break up your content like this:

Every day people like me and you sit back and check our Facebook, update Twitter, watch YouTube, even make videos.

Sometimes we even fall into the basic everyday internet trends all for fun, we also use these services, forgetting the power they hold.

How many companies use these mobile social networks to promote their businesses? Possibly millions.

I believe there is a large cash flow through these services and I sure would love to be able to get in on a piece of this action, wouldn't you?

The internet has 194 billion unclaimed dollars!

Why shouldn't everyone that wants a cut get it?

Because people are just too lazy to even take the time to find out why they don't have the money they deserve.

You get up every day and update your Facebook status, right?

Take the time to send a tweet every hour?

You're contributing to Facebook and Twitter without even realizing it.

Without people like you, these companies would not even exist.

No offense meant in any of my following post.
In your picture lose the ball cap and dress a little more for success.
People like to buy from from people who look successful, the if he can have it I can have it to.
Smile not fake but a real easy going smile conveying warmth.
The difference between your site and the pitch page are so dissimilar that it's almost a shock to the visual senses and could ruin the potential sale because people realize they are being sent somewhere else. Pay someone on Fiverr to design the pitch page to look like yours but using the original ad copy. And down the road write or have someone write your own book on the subject and keep 100% of the profits.

    The best of luck

    Hi

You have a great domain and niche in social marketing careers. Do you have plans for monetization?

It looks like a great site to build up as an 'authority' on social marketing and working in a social marketing career.

My suggestion would be to work on building a list and branding yourself as an authority in the social media marketing niche. Then plan a social marketing career product like a course.

Promote it as a killer 'coming soon' product and offer an opt-in to get notification when it is released along with tips, autoresponder course, etc. The "coming soon" model gets great conversions for Opt-Ins.

Run that and continue to promote your site through social media- LinkedIn would be a great resource for you. That is loaded with professionals and high end clients looking for both work and social media solutions.

Read of various ways to get traffic and build your list. Use ad swaps and list swaps in your niche. Use a sig link here at WF, etc.

Once you have a good sized list, you can launch your product to a market of hot buyers who have been waiting in anticipation.

Some things that would be great for your site and niche:

    Webinars
    - interview social media experts
    - social media tips, tools, etc
    - partner with 'gurus' who can promote their own product after the webinar and give you an affiliate commission

    Curated Content
    - Everyone is looking for the latest social media news
    - Social media careers get many media profiles
    - Curate and comment on the latest 'hot' social media stories
...the rise of Pinterest, facebook IPO, new social media platforms, etc.

    Kindle Books
    - Create general interest and topic specific Kindle books on social marketing to help build your brand and drive traffic

    YouTube Videos
    - easy to make graphical models of social media topics
    - add voice-over from fiverr
    - Educate your audience and promote your brand

    Infographics
    Go to
easel.ly | create and share visual ideas online
And create social marketing info graphics.
    - Post them on your site with a brief description
    - Create a YouTube video that builds the info-graphic a piece at a time- link to your site
    - Pin the info graphics on Pinterest and link to your site. Pinterest loves info-graphics.

I think you have a great start to building your site as an 'authority' in the social media careers niche. Creating and curating great content can go a long way to achieving that.

Use video, webinars and social media to build your brand.

Really look into using LinkedIn. It is a goldmine for B2B and access to the 'professional' market.

Wow, you're kidding, right? That was some transformation!

It looks really nice and professional and definitely more salespage than blog.

As you said, it isn't finished, but my one suggestion would be to move (or add) the sign-up button right up under the header. Right now it gives the steps to sign up but there is no sign-up button or link until you scroll down below the fold.

Nice job on the design though. Did you outsource that or are you working with a template yourself?

    Hi,

I would also make the "Sign up Now" tabs open in a new tab or window. This way your visitor does not leave your webpage and not come back.

I like your site, it looks promising for now. I would suggest you to add more information about what a worker should do in order to earn.
Not many people share their phone number online, this could be good since your clients will trust you easier if you have a chat with them.

What is missing is a logo, just design one and add it, the one you've used on twitter can be improved.

As a visitor I am confused, I though I will make money using your system and when I scroll down I can see I can do social media job as well..

Can you please specify exactly what is your service or system

      Looks great, John!

I think for the right audience it could convert.

How are you driving traffic to the site?

I have some general advice, for what it's worth. If you're already hip to it, my apologies in advance.

Anyway - A few months ago, I watched a 20 minute presentation given by (Internet Marketing "Guru") Frank Kern at an "Internet Marketing Party" event held in San Diego...

His presentation was chock full of nuggets of wisdom, along with a heapin' helpin' of raunchy humor.

But what really FLOORED me was what he said AFTER the presentation during the Q&A session...

A girl asked him, "Where should I post my articles when doing Article Marketing?"

Frank's advice: "Don't write articles, it's a [colorful expletive] waste of time."

The girl was speechless... "Uh, okay... What should I do, then?"

Frank replied, "Find a sales process that converts, then buy traffic for less than the value of the visitor."

      Small sentence, powerful concept.

I've got to say, you've picked a really good domain and that's the first step to a successful website. But any way's I'd strongly suggest that you do change your content of the blog and make it better. The reason why I suggest this to you is that have a good domain is the first step, but what happens when people come and view your website/blog? They will be more focused on the content, if the content is useless and full of grammar mistakes, it doesn't make it appealing.

Your site looks great! Wow!!! What a huge difference.

I don't use Market Samurai. You can use the free Google keyword tool - not spend any money until you make some money - to find some valuable keywords.

You're going to get a lot of advice - some of it will be conflicting advice and you'll need to decide for yourself if it is advice you want to take.

    I wish you the best.

Market Samurai gives you a lot more information than what Google keyword tool gives you. Plus it allows you to get a much more clear picture of the competition for any keyword. You might be able to make some money without spending money, but you'll make money a lot sooner if you spend money on tools that you need.

Trying to do all of this without the proper tools is about like trying to change a tire on a car without the proper tools. You might get it done, but it's going to take a lot longer, and you may end up having to do it over again once you have the proper tools.

Really nice looking site. Very attention grabbing.

    -Needs content.

    -spell check anyone?

    -Needs punctuation checks also.

-The pic is horrible- makes you look like a hood (no offense) but your pic completely disolves all the credibility the visual part of your site creates.

I really like the design. It does need more content though, somewhere (perhaps by adding more pages).

I don't think the pic is as big a deal as delta makes it sound. On the other hand, if you want to be taken as a professional, it would be a good idea to dress like one for the pic.

I'd say more important than all the little tweaks, look of the site, fancy and flashy elements is one burning question that you will need to ask yourself. Who is your audience and how do you get in front of them? You can have a butt ugly one page sales page and generate millions by being in front of the right audience with the message that matches their needs and wants. So if I were you, I'd put 90% of my efforts into marketing and creating a QUALITY list and 10% on design. And I wouldn't link to the affiliate site from yours. Capture the visitor's email/name BEFORE you send them on.

The best way to do this is to not immediately send them to the vendor, but rather have sales copy that explains the process and they then have a link to follow to sign up.

PM me if you have questions about this process.

    Good luck!

Your new page flows into the pitch page much better than the original.
There are 5 pages Google (spiders) want About, Contact, Privacy, Resource, and Testimonials/Blog. (With these Google will show love)
I think the picture thing people speak of relates to the wouldn't you like to have enough money to dress like Jay-Z.
I sent you an email on here. This is the next money you should spend. (I make nothing from it but anyone here would tell you the same thing.)
