What do I do /how do I get my Money? Paypal not supported :'(

I'm from a paypal unsupported country,I know this would drive some readers away seeing I belong to some under developed country,but i really some help.

Okae so I do not need money In real life,I got enough to spend in my country and this is what the problem is :/

PP not supported,I'm withdrawing money from fiverr and cpa networks to my friend's paypal who lives in canada, to his own verified paypal which hes using since many years, now its become like $500 even after spending a lot of it online,like on stuffs and services online,
with my dear friend's help who used his paypal which ahd my money ,to buy what i told him to ,

but as any human and infact you and me would get bored and fedup of such stuff,when someone brings funds to your PP and says' hey please buy me this thing' ,please buy me that,etc.

especially when hes a student and does not have much free time,
but he is the only person I can trust online ,who even partially has a solution to my problem.

but this is getting annoying for him and i totally understand,

so is there a way i can cashout the money to something like a VCC or something which would enable me to buy almost everything paypal can buy since it would be a credit card ?

will this get his paypal limited? can he withdraw his paypal balance to a vcc? (i think he can,to a real CC) .

if yes ,it would mean he would have to confirm my vcc to his paypal account ,meaning my address,etc. on the vcc and different from his address and his CC address.


Guys i know this is annoying and bad to read but it sucks and i know how it feels when such things happen and youre born in a country papal doesn't like :'(

please help if possible ,I will really appreciate any, and please dont insult seeing that I belong to such a country
