PPC Classroom Bonuses - Are you getting yours?

I purchased PPC Classroom through a very reputable affiliate. I was supposed to get my choice of 2 of his products as a bonus.

Not only have I not gotten the bonuses, I have not gotten any acknowledgment of my request. My friend (who is having the same problem) submitted a support ticket asking what happened to her bonuses and got no response.

The affiliate Twittered about the volume of requests and working to get caught up but that was almost a week ago!

Is there a number or something we need from the actual DVD to claim our bonuses?

I've never had this problem before. I don't know what to make of it.

When something drags on for a week it looks like something is wrong.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi, I remember getting this affiliate's email which they sent to their list towards the end which said basically-- they received over 4000 requests, it takes at least 5 min to set up each customer, they will get to requests in order they were received, and asks folks to continue being patient. I'm sorry this doesn't help you get it any faster and I know how frustrating it can be to wait on something when you're motivated and anxious to use it on your projects right away!

      I received my bonuses yesterday. Make sure that you check your spam folder, the e-mail that they'd sent me with the details was there

    got mine few days ago- I wouldnt worry about how long its taking remember 1,000's of people are waiting for these I would say at least wait a week before being worried.

    Got mine too. They received over 4000 emails so it's taking a while to go through them.

      I ended up logging in to the help desk to check the status of my request. There was the reply with download links for my bonuses. I somehow had missed the email notification, so you might want to check there.

    No. I have not receive mine. Even though I followed their instructions. Thanks for reminding me I will be contacting them via the WF PM to make sure they get the message.
