INTERNET MARKETING

If you are selling Amazon products on your website as an affiliate, are you allowed to use the Amazon logo and a phrase like "All products on this site are supplied via Amazon.com".

Is it legal to use their good reputation to help you make sales?

If you are a Amazon affilate then the answer is yes its Ok i have 2 sites Womans Clothing and a Beauty Products and both of mine have the Amazon Logo as it inspires confidance to potentail customers.But if you are just adding the Log and phrase to fool people and using another affiliation then i think you would be in trouble.

  If you put their logo on your site you also need a second disclosure statement for their trademark use. So you'll have your affiliate disclosure AND a disclosure statement re the trademark.

  See section 5. It's from the API guidelines and I'm not sure why they don't have this on the regular guidelines, but it's very clear that you need this disclosure on your site. When I found this a few months back - I went and checked to make sure I had everything legit when they were running around banning people - and decided to err on the side of caution and add it to my site disclosures.

  If you are a amazon affilate then its fine to use it but first of all you need to make sure you know what your doing hope it helps

If you google 'approve amazon logo' or something like that, you'll get the page that lets you choose from a number of formats. Assuming of course you are an approve Amazon associate.

Why not when you are selling Amazon product. You are not using their logo for selling your own product. So, it's legal and ethical.
