HOW DO YOU SOCIAL BOOKMARK?

Hey warriors,

Personally I find social bookmarking a pain in the a*** because of how time consuming it is but I know the results in terms of page rankings are great.

Maybe i'm doing it wrong but its taking me hours going through sites like socialmarker, signing up to every site etc.

Do you all social bookmark in this way? If not how do you do it?

Personally, I have only been submitting to one social bookmarking site a day. I think it may seem more natural to search engines rather than having a huge burst of backlinks showing up. I could be wrong though :p!

Get yourself a BookmarkingDemon software. It will cut down on the time you are spending bookmarking.

It will not hurt you in any way to sign up for 3-5 social sites per day. Pace yourself. It will pay off in the long run. And by using some kind of software to do it for you, you are killing your authority and the traffic that will come from personally setting the profile up yourself. Social Marketing is one of the most effective ways to draw traffic to your site!

It's well worth the time and effort, and it really doesn't take that much time.
I've probably joined hundreds of these sites and I'm always looking to join more.

Go for Big Mike's Social bot. You can submit to loads of sites almost on autopilot. Most warrior who use it would recommend the tool as well

  I use that too - Big Mike's products are awesome! The RSSbot and others too!
  
  I also outsource social bookmarking as well - good to have it go thru 'other' userids as well to "keep it real"

  I picked up RSSBOT -- outsourced having like 8 accts created for the sites that worked and just rotate them around depending on the niche.
  
  My plan with bookmarking is to get my site indexed and then to get the pages that I add to it indexed and maybe get a trickle of traffic to the site.

Social marker.com is a great way to submit to many bookmarking sites all at once. It takes some time, but the results are always consistent, and you can be sure that over a month you can start building traffic to your site. I agree that the bookmarking demon is a great paid software, as this speeds up the process considerably, if you have the money, a great tool to consider!

Yes manually doing is the time consuming but you may use the automeated softwares. For automated softwares you may check imbuzzcreator.com

When I do social bookmarking, I also use a couple of the things mentioned above: SocialBot and SocialMarker.com.

It takes quite awhile to sign up for all those social bookmarking sites on SocialBot, so I only signed up for a few (you only need to sign up once anyway). For SocialMarker, once you have accounts at all the major sites (usually around 10-15 for me), it takes about a minute a site...so not really time consuming.
