Best way to advertise my Father's Day sale on my education courses

I want to have an unbelievable Father's Day Sale on one of my educational courses. Im wondering what the best free way to promote this is. In the past I have posted in the lessons section on craigslist.

In total the deal will save the buyer about 776 dollars.

Im open to ideas on how to get as many people to buy this course as possible.

Thank you for your time.

What is the educational course about? How does it tie into Father's Day, if at all?

Hi there, these courses are tech courses on how to make iPhone apps and iPhone games. They don't tie into father's day at all but I just feel like it is a good excuse to have a sale.

I wonder if slapping "father's day sale" or "special offer for father's day" would improve conversions up until next week...

I guess its an idea worth testing out!

"Free report only available to the end of father's day!"

If the course is your own (not affiliate product), you could use Google Display Network (the banner ads).

You could get a huge traffic in just hours. But make sure to target the ads properly, so your ad could be appeared in the related websites and you get targeted traffic, not just curious traffic.

To use ADN only, just choose Display Network on your Adwords' Campaign Setting page, your ads will only be appeared in banner not the text ads.

Something like this. I think paid traffic would be the best way to go about something like this given the short amount of time that the sale will end up running.

If you are already have good traffic to your site and you just need to sell, then it would be good to create something like an offer for the fathers' day. It is not necessary to give something free or in a very low price, just make it look like a nice deal for that day.
Add some images and huge font to your offer, it is always attractive and help on the sales.
