Market Samurai Question

I'm not trying to be lazy here, but I'm still confused about what constitutes a good keyword in terms of SEO. I've pasted some of the results below that I found in Market Samurai for various keywords. Any of these good, and if so, why?

Keyword 1: SEOT-137 PBR-44 SEOC-207,000 AWCPC .51 AWV 8.76 SEOV 69.72

Keyword 2: SEOT-112 PBR 20 SEOC 113,000 AWCPC .43 AWV 4.23 SEOV-48.09

Keyword 3: SEOT-137 PBR 5 SEOC 43,900 AWCPC 1.52 AWV 9.61 SEOV-207.79
