Vanquish, while the plugin can automate the SEO elements in the title, description, keywords etc, the SEO element in the content is dependent on you. You could test writing keyword rich content and see if manual SEO is important in your personal case.

    Hope that helps,

I hope i understand right your question:
For the website setup you have to configure in the plugin options page the site title, description, dofollow links and so on.
Then every time you post content there is the option to ad new keywords, description and links configuration for each post. All this option will be be in the Edit Post page, in the All In One SEO category, and these setting will overwrite the post setting.

For example if you want to make a post called about "Product X Reviews and Testimonials" , with the keyword "product X review", in the SEO settings you can put the title for the search engines " Product X Review- Facts, Reviews and Testimonials About Product X" (rich in keywords), but in your post you can use a more appealing title for visitors, like "The Last Trend That You Shouldn't Miss".
Also you can add as many keywords as you want in SEO setting without the post looking weird with a ten tags tail.
What you put in SEO settings is what will appear in search engines, and what you put in your post is what will show on your blog. If you don't want to change nothing, then leave the fields blank.

As for the post itself, yes, you should assign in the text editor a h1, h2 and so on.

    Hope this help,

    Carter
